This is our go-to. It carries the Bedfellows name. A balanced blend roasted to a nice medium roast, easy on the palate but striking enough to be always interesting. It’ll always be on the menu, it’ll always be comprised of the highest quality washed coffees from Africa, Central America and/or South America, and it will always be amazing. Currently it’s a 30/70 blend of a washed Uganda and our washed Honduras La Paz.
It will evolve seasonally as fresh coffees become available, but the general profile we're going for is a caramel, nutty, slightly creamy blend. Good for espresso, pour over, drip machines, and French press alike. The key here is versatility.
This coffee is our commonly featured coffee for a large number of public events we do in the encinitas / san diego area.
